The whole team of Teaspoon LLC thanks you for your order.

Once your order is validated, it is transmitted to our warehouse in Switzerland instantly. The stock available on the website corresponds to the stock of our warehouse based in Switzerland. It is then executed within 1 to 2 working days and forwarded to the Swiss Post. You will then be able to track your order with the tracking number that was sent to you by email.

You should receive your order within 2 to 3 working days. For the moment, it is not possible to deliver on Saturdays. Orders are also not delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

Please note, however, that the delivery times indicated are only estimates and may vary depending on external factors.

Question What materials are SAMADOYO products made of?

However, all our glass products are made with borosilicate glass that can withstand high temperatures and that is less sensitive to thermal shock than traditional glass.

Product lids are made of stainless steel (SAE 304) and carbonized bamboo.

AnswerAll of SAMADOYO’s products are manufactured in its company in Guangzhou, China with Chinese, Japanese and Danish research and development designers whose mission is to share Chinese craftsmanship throughout the world.
Question My product is broken/cracked. Is product replacement covered by the warranty?

All our products are checked before being shipped. Nevertheless, a crack may occur or the product may break during delivery. We therefore recommend that you check your products as soon as you receive them.

If the product is damaged, please contact the Swiss Post within 8 days from the date of delivery. You can find all the information on the Swiss Post websiteby clicking on the following link.

Please note, however, that the warranty unfortunately does not cover cracks and broken glasses in SAMADOYO products, as it is not possible to determine the way the product was damaged.
